How is shipping calculated? What are your shipping rates?
Shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout and based on two factors: the total weight of the items you selected; and the shipping destination. We despatch orders from IL, USA and we ship through USPS or UPS, we provide Delivery Confirmation numbers.
When does my order get shipped?
We do our best to distpach orders as quickly as possible. Total delivery time is the time we need to pick and pack your order plus the actual shipping time. We usually dispatch orders within two working days of receiveing them, then the actual shipping time will be depends on the destination address and service selected.
Please note that orders will not be sent until ALL items are in stock.
What does my order status mean?
Not-Finished: this is the intial status indicating that the order has been created in the store's database, but the payment has not received yet.
Queued: this is a temporary status indicating that the store is waiting for your payment to be cleared, (for example, an order processed through PayPal may get the statues "Queued" until PayPal collect the payment from the customer)
Failed: this status indicates that the payment processing has failed and the order will not be processed.
Processed: this statues indicates that the store has received your payment and your order is to be packed and sent by the apropriate team.
Declined: this statues indicate that the order has been cancelled by the store administartor, for example this status may be used when an order is found to be fraudulent.
Complete: The status indicating that all work on the order has been completed and dispatched.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Shipping time within the US is usually quiet fast as we send orders from IL, it usually takes 3-5 working days for US destinations depending on the state, and up to 10 working days for North/South American countries, that's plus the picking and packaging time stated above.
Do you ship to my country? Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship our Qurans anywhere worldwide. Please note that each country handles imported goods differently. We will NOT be responsible for any issue related to customs laws or duty/clearance charges that may be applicable.
Can I send Qurans as gifts to others at different address or different country?
Yes you can send Qurans to others as long as you provide us with the recipient's full name, detailed address and phone number.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We dispatch orders going to US and North/South American addresses from our depot in Illinois - USA, and we dispatch orders going to other countries thought our EU store www.easyquranstore.com from our depot in London - United Kingdom.
Sometimes and in case if we were out of stock of an item at a depot, we may send the order from other locations depends on availability giving that the shpping costs are fully paid..
Unfortunately, we can not ship to PO Boxes. All shipping companies that we use require a physical address for deliverey.
Will the items on my order ship together or separately?
Your items will be shipped together unless we found it safer to send them in 2 or more shipments. You will NOT be billed for extra shipment - you only ge charged for one shipment.
